Earlier this week, we reported that Verne “Mini Me” Troyer had a sex tape that had been leaked out on the internet! Now, reports are indicating that Mini Me has filed a $20 million lawsuit against TMZ.com for running a clip of the sex tape! Us Magazine reports:
Verne “Mini Me” Troyer has filed a $20 million lawsuit against celeb Web site TMZ.com for running a clip of his sex tape online.
In the suit (filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles), the actor, 39, alleges that the site violated his privacy rights, infringed on his copyright and misappropriated his name and likeness.
He claims Kevin Blatt who distributed Paris Hilton’s One Night in Paris stole the tape (Blatt is named as a defendant in the suit).
Troyer is also seeking an injunction prohibiting further dissemination of the video.”Wow, this might be one of the best things that ever happened to Verne Troyer, now that I think of it. Not only had I forgotten that he was still alive prior to this, he might score a cool 20 mil from TMZ on top of it! Nice work, Verne. But we all know whether he likes it or not, the whole thing is going to be leaked somewhere, somehow!
