To Snag a Guy, Women Should Bare 40 Percent of Their Bodies

Women who want to attract guys should expose 40 percent of their skin, study says.
Researchers at University of Leeds arrived at this number after
observing social interactions from the balcony of one of London’s biggest night clubs. Using hidden microphones, they recorded each time they saw a man approach a woman, and how much clothing she was wearing/skin she was showing. For the purposes of the study, arms counted for 20 percent of the body, legs for 30 percent and the torso for 50 percent.
Women who dressed to reveal 40 percent of their bodies attracted twice as much male attention as those who covered up. The researchers also concluded that showing too much skin indicates "general availability and future infidelity," which cuts down on male interest.
We’d like to know how late the researchers stayed at the club. "General availability" becomes a lot sexier at 3 a.m. as opposed to midnight.

What are your feeling about the above research?

National Go Topless Day

Why a National GoTopless Protest day? Gotopless.org claims constitutional equality between men and women on being topless in public. Currently, women who dare to be topless in public in the US are repeatedly being arrested, fined, humiliated, criminalized. On SUNDAY AUGUST 23RD, 2009, topless women will rally in great numbers across the USA to protest this gross inequality in the law and will demand that they be granted the fundamental right to be topless where men already enjoy that right according to the 14th amendment of the Constitution (please see our exact legal argument on the right to be top free for women under "14th amendment" in news section)
Why in August? On August 26, 1920, following a 72-year struggle, the U.S. Constitution was amended to grant women the right to vote. And in 1970, as an ongoing reminder of women’s equality, Congress declared August 26 “Women’s Equality Day.” But even in the 21st century, women need to stand up and demand that equality in fact – not just in words.

12 Years in Labor Camp for Lisa & Laura Ling

Lisa Ling’s sister Laura Ling and her
friend Euna Lee have been sentenced to 12 years in labor camps
for committing alleged “hostile acts” after being arrested by North Korean
military on the Chinese border on March 17th.

On Sunday, the Korean Central News Agency said the women were sentenced “for
the grave crime they committed against the Korean nation and their illegal
border crossing.”

On Friday, former View co-host Lisa seemed optimistic when she wrote
on Twitter, “Trying to believe that Laura and Euna have won some hearts over,
hence the silence.”

Now Lisa and her family prefer to think of the political opportunity
presented by the plight of Laura and Euna. “We would champion the opportunity to
have these girls be the catalyst for diplomacy,” Lisa said. [Source: People; Photo: Getty Images]
